Fremont-Ranked #1 City to live in..

Guess which city ranked #1 for home sellers?  FREMONT!!

In a recent search conducted across the nation by Movoto Blog, it highlighted that Fremont is a cut above the rest for home sellers and is a mecca for those that are investment driven. This, of course, was not surprising to us at The JTeam.  We have been noticing the up-and-up trends that are occurring here in this wonderful city – great schools, quaint neighborhoods such as Mission San Jose, Warm Springs, Niles, Parkmont, and Glenmoor coupled with low crime rate, and major investments in community development throughout the city.   We’ve had the pleasure of selling over 50 homes just in 2013 alone to first time homebuyers in Fremont.  That speaks volumes about the growth of this city as we move into a new year.

KPIX Channel 5 News even did a feature on this study where I was asked to comment on why Fremont was such a great place to live.  In addition to what I have already mentioned above, one of the most intriguing trends we have seen is that currently there is a major inventory shortage and that demonstrates a great time for home sellers to capitalize and make wise investment decisions.  You can find the feature on KPIX Channel 5 here. If you are interested in learning more about Fremont and what it has to offer, the JTeam is more than happy to assist you.  We look forward to hearing from you!
