Farmer’s Market Fun in Fremont!

Fall is here and the weather is getting cooler, but our local Farmer’s Markets are going strong! We are lucky to live in a place where we have great produce year-round. Here are some Farmer’s Markets that are open year-round:

Niles Farmer’s Market: Saturdays from 9am-2pm

The Niles Farmer’s Market features local produce from all around, and don’t forget to stop by and get some goodies from the Niles Pie Company! From strawberries to fresh flowers from Sunol, Dale Hardware jewelry and cookies, you can also get fresh tri-tip sandwiches and ribs to take home. Stop by for some fresh-made hummus and pita chips! A great way to meet your neighbors, and afterwords stop one of the great local restaurants in Niles–from Bronco Billy’s, Joe’s Corner, the Nile Cafe–there is something for everyone.

Irvington Farmer’s Market: Sundays from 7am-1pm

Down in the Irvington area of Fremont, there is free parking and it’s a great way to spend the morning with family. Everything from olive oil to greens and prepared food of all ethnicity, you will be able to stock up for the week at a great price.

Centerville Farmer’s Market: Saturdays 9am-1pm

Located right in the heart of Fremont, the Centerville Farmer’s Market is intimate and smaller without the huge crowds. Close to Dale’s Hardware and Suju’s coffee, it’s a great one-stop shop for your produce needs. Grab some cherry tomatoes, celery, strawberries and much more!
